Ingredients

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, evaporated milk, melted butter, beaten eggs, chopped onion, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle the breadcrumbs on top.
