Ingredients

  • 2 cups dried white beans
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak the dried white beans in water overnight.
