Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup finely chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until thick and pale.
  3. Gradually add the honey, oil, and milk, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Sift together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until well combined.
  5. Stir in the chopped walnuts.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
