Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup butter
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the water to a boil.
- Gradually add the cornmeal to the boiling water, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
- Cook the mixture over low heat, stirring continuously, for about 20-25 minutes or until it thickens and the cornmeal is fully cooked.
