Macedonian Kacamak (Кацамак)

Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring the water to a boil.
  2. Gradually add the cornmeal to the boiling water, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
