Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Layer the sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onion until the meat is browned and the onion is softened. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spoon the meat mixture over the potatoes in the baking dish.
