Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Layer the sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onion until the meat is browned and the onion is softened. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spoon the meat mixture over the potatoes in the baking dish.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs, yogurt, and milk together. Pour this mixture over the meat and potatoes.
