Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork, cut into cubes
  • 1 lb chicken, cut into pieces
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the pork and chicken pieces and brown them on all sides.
  3. Add the chopped onion and bell peppers, and cook until softened.
  4. Stir in the diced tomatoes and minced garlic.
  5. Pour in the white wine and chicken broth, then add the paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
