Ingredients
- 1 lb pork, cut into cubes
- 1 lb chicken, cut into pieces
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat.
- Add the pork and chicken pieces and brown them on all sides.
- Add the chopped onion and bell peppers, and cook until softened.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes and minced garlic.
- Pour in the white wine and chicken broth, then add the paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
