Ingredients
- 2 cups dried white beans
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup sunflower oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cups water
Instructions
- Soak the dried white beans in water overnight.
- Drain the beans and place them in a large pot.
- Add the chopped onion, diced tomatoes, minced garlic, sunflower oil, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the pot.
- Pour in the water and stir to combine all the ingredients.
- Cover the pot and cook over medium heat for 1 hour, or until the beans are tender.
- Serve the Tavče Gravče hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
