Madrid Magic Mushroom Croquettes

Ingredients
- 1 lb mushrooms, finely chopped

Instructions

- Gradually pour in the milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.

- Shape the chilled mixture into small croquettes. Dip each croquette into the beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
