Madrid Magic Mushroom Quesadillas

Ingredients

  • 8 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent.
