Madrid Magic Mushroom Quesadillas

Ingredients
- 8 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent.

- Slice the quesadillas into wedges and serve hot.
