Ingredients
- 1 cup maftoul
- 8 large mushrooms, stems removed and reserved
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a pot, cook the maftoul according to package instructions. Once cooked, set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Add the cooked maftoul, diced tomato, and parsley to the mushroom mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
