Ingredients

  • 4 mahi mahi fillets

  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the chopped parsley, cilantro, dill, walnuts, onions, garlic, turmeric, cumin, cinnamon, black pepper, and salt.
  2. Lay the mahi mahi fillets flat and spoon the herb and walnut mixture onto each fillet.
