Ingredients
- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 300g ground beef or lamb

- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
- In a large bowl, combine the rice, ground meat, onion, tomatoes, garlic, cumin, paprika, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the bell peppers with the rice and meat mixture.
- Place the stuffed peppers in a deep pot or Dutch oven.
