Ingredients
- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
- In a large bowl, combine the rice, ground beef, onion, tomatoes, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Stuff the bell peppers with the rice and beef mixture and place them in a deep pot or Dutch oven.
- Pour the broth over the stuffed peppers.
- Cover the pot and cook on the stovetop over medium heat for 1 hour, or until the peppers are tender and the filling is cooked through.
- Remove the stuffed peppers from the pot and place them on a serving platter.
