Ingredients
- 4 large artichokes
- 1 cup rice
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley

- 1/4 cup olive oil

- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups vegetable broth
Instructions
