Ingredients
- 4 large artichokes
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup rice
- 1 onion, finely chopped

- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
- Prepare the artichokes by removing the tough outer leaves and trimming the stems.
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, rice, onion, tomatoes, tomato paste, allspice, cinnamon, cumin, parsley, salt, and pepper.
