Ingredients
- 12 large mushrooms, stems removed and reserved
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup cooked rice
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

- In a bowl, mix the cooked rice, sautéed mushroom mixture, parsley, Parmesan cheese, cumin, salt, and pepper.
