Ingredients

  • 2 large breadfruits, peeled and sliced
  • 2 cans of tuna, drained
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil the breadfruit slices in salted water for 10 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the tuna, onion, tomatoes, bell pepper, and coconut milk. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Layer the boiled breadfruit slices in a casserole dish, then pour the tuna mixture over the breadfruit.
  5. Cover the casserole dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
