Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced breadfruit
  • 1 can of tuna, drained

  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a pot of boiling water, cook the diced breadfruit for 8-10 minutes or until tender. Drain and let it cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked breadfruit, tuna, cucumber, red onion, and cilantro.
