Majuro (breadfruit And Tuna Salad)

Ingredients
- 2 cups diced breadfruit
- 1 can of tuna, drained
- 1 cucumber, diced

- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a pot of boiling water, cook the diced breadfruit for 8-10 minutes or until tender. Drain and let it cool.

- In a small bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
