Ingredients

  • 500g pizza dough
  • 200g pork, thinly sliced
  • 200g beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 onions, thinly sliced
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Divide the pizza dough into 4 equal parts and shape them into oval or round crusts.
  3. Place the crusts on a baking sheet.
  4. Layer the pork, beef, and onions on top of the crusts.
  5. Create a well in the center of each pastrmajlija and crack an egg into each well.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the eggs are cooked to your liking.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
