Ingredients
- 2 cups grated cassava

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the grated cassava, all-purpose flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and ground cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and egg.
- Pour the milk and egg mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Scoop spoonfuls of the cassava batter and carefully drop them into the hot oil.
