Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.
  3. Add the grated cauliflower, cumin, coriander, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cauliflower is tender.
  4. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
