Ingredients
- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Sichuan peppercorns
- 2 tablespoons chili flakes
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- Bamboo skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, Sichuan peppercorns, chili flakes, sugar, garlic, ginger, and vegetable oil to make the marinade.
- Add the sliced beef to the marinade and let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Thread the marinated beef slices onto the soaked bamboo skewers.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the beef skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
