Ingredients

- Paneer (Indian cottage cheese)
- Cashew nuts
- Raisins
- Cornflour
- Green chili
- Garam masala
- Salt
- Oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Boil, peel, and mash the potatoes. Grate the paneer and mix it with mashed potatoes, cashew nuts, raisins, cornflour, green chili, garam masala, and salt. Shape into balls and fry until golden brown.
- For the gravy, blend onion, tomatoes, cashew nuts, and green chili into a smooth paste. Heat oil and butter, add cumin seeds, then the paste, and cook with spices. Add cream and simmer.
- Add the kofta balls to the gravy just before serving. Garnish with cream and cilantro.
