Malawah (yemeni Honeycomb Bread)

Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup honey (for serving)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, and sugar together.
- Add the warm water and knead the dough until smooth.
- Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and shape them into balls.
- Brush each ball with vegetable oil and let them rest for 10 minutes.
- Roll out each ball into a thin circle.
- Brush the circles with more oil and stack them on top of each other.
- Roll out the stacked circles into a larger circle.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook each circle for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and flaky.
- Serve warm with a drizzle of honey.
