Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda

- 1 egg
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 cup roasted peanuts, chopped
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and salt.
- Add the egg, water, and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Mix until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour a ladle of batter into the pan and spread it out thinly.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges start to crisp up. Sprinkle chopped peanuts and sugar on one half of the pancake.
- Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over the peanut filling. Fold the pancake in half to enclose the filling.
- Continue cooking until the pancake is golden brown and crispy. Remove from the pan and repeat with the remaining batter.
- For the peanut filling, melt butter in a pan and add chopped peanuts and sugar. Cook until the sugar caramelizes and the peanuts are coated. Set aside to cool.
