Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pizza dough
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 small eggplant, thinly sliced
- 1 small zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1 small red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 small yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet and spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
