Malvani Masala Mutton

Ingredients

  • 500g mutton, cut into pieces
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Malvani masala paste
  • 1/4 cup grated coconut
  • 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.
  2. Add the mutton pieces and cook until they are browned.
  3. Add the Malvani masala paste, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add 2 cups of water, cover the pan, and simmer for 45 minutes or until the mutton is tender.
  5. Add grated coconut and chopped coriander leaves. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Malvani Masala Mutton is ready to be served hot with rice or Malvani bread.
