Malvani Masala Mutton

Ingredients
- 500g mutton, cut into pieces
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Malvani masala paste
- 1/4 cup grated coconut
- 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.
- Add the mutton pieces and cook until they are browned.
- Add the Malvani masala paste, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add 2 cups of water, cover the pan, and simmer for 45 minutes or until the mutton is tender.
- Add grated coconut and chopped coriander leaves. Cook for another 5 minutes.
- Malvani Masala Mutton is ready to be served hot with rice or Malvani bread.
