Malvani Mutton Fry

Ingredients
- 500g mutton, cut into pieces
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup grated coconut
- 1/4 cup Malvani masala
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onions until golden brown.
- Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add the mutton pieces, turmeric powder, and Malvani masala. Cook until the mutton is browned.
- Add grated coconut and salt. Cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add water, cover the pan, and let the mutton cook until tender.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
