Ingredients

  • 500g mutton, cut into pieces
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated coconut
  • 1/4 cup Malvani masala
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onions until golden brown.
  2. Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the mutton pieces, turmeric powder, and Malvani masala. Cook until the mutton is browned.
  4. Add grated coconut and salt. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Add water, cover the pan, and let the mutton cook until tender.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
