Ingredients
- 500g mutton, cut into pieces
- 1 cup Malvani masala

- 4 pieces pomfret fish
- 1 cup coconut milk
- Spices: turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds
- Fresh curry leaves
- Garlic, ginger, green chilies

Instructions
- Marinate the mutton with Malvani masala, ginger, garlic, and yogurt. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
- Cook the marinated mutton in a pressure cooker until tender.
- Cook the basmati rice with whole spices and coconut milk to make Malvani masala rice.
- Fry the pomfret fish until crispy and golden brown.
- Prepare the sol kadhi by mixing coconut milk, kokum, and spices.
- Garnish the dishes with fresh coriander leaves and serve with lime wedges.
