Malvani Prawn Kheema

Ingredients
- 500g prawns, cleaned and deveined
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh coconut, grated
- 1/4 cup Malvani masala
- 1/4 cup coriander leaves, chopped
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.
- Add the tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
- Add the Malvani masala and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the prawns and cook for 5-7 minutes until they are cooked through.
- Add the grated coconut and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
