Malvani Prawn Kheema

Ingredients

  • 500g prawns, cleaned and deveined
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh coconut, grated
  • 1/4 cup Malvani masala
  • 1/4 cup coriander leaves, chopped
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.
  2. Add the tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
  3. Add the Malvani masala and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the prawns and cook for 5-7 minutes until they are cooked through.
  5. Add the grated coconut and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
