Malvani Style Chicken Kheema

Ingredients

  • 500g minced chicken
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 3 tomatoes, pureed
  • 1/4 cup Malvani masala
  • 1/4 cup fresh coconut, grated
  • 2 green chilies, chopped
  • 1/4 cup coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.
  2. Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  3. Now, add the minced chicken and cook until it changes color.
  4. Add the tomato puree, Malvani masala, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Once the chicken is cooked, add grated coconut, green chilies, and coriander leaves. Mix and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Malvani Style Chicken Kheema is ready to be served hot with rice or roti.
