Malvani Style Chicken Kheema
Malvani Style Chicken Kheema is a delicious and spicy minced chicken dish hailing from the Malvani cuisine, known for its bold flavors and aromatic spices.
Ingredients
- 500g minced chicken
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 3 tomatoes, pureed
- 1/4 cup Malvani masala
- 1/4 cup fresh coconut, grated
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 1/4 cup coriander leaves, chopped
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.
- Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
- Now, add the minced chicken and cook until it changes color.
- Add the tomato puree, Malvani masala, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for 10-15 minutes.
- Once the chicken is cooked, add grated coconut, green chilies, and coriander leaves. Mix and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Malvani Style Chicken Kheema is ready to be served hot with rice or roti.
