Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken, cut into pieces
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup grated coconut
- 1/4 cup Malvani masala
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 2-3 green chilies, slit
- 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onions until golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and sauté for a few minutes.
- Add the chicken pieces, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook until the chicken is browned.
- Add Malvani masala, grated coconut, and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in water as needed and simmer until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or bhakri.
