Malvani Style Crab Kheema

Ingredients
- 500g fresh crab meat
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 3 tomatoes, pureed
- 1/4 cup Malvani masala
- 1/4 cup grated coconut
- 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
- 4-5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1-inch ginger, grated
- 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.
- Add the minced garlic, grated ginger, and green chilies. Sauté for a few minutes.
- Now, add the crab meat and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Once the crab meat changes color, add the tomato puree, Malvani masala, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes on medium heat.
- Add grated coconut and chopped coriander leaves. Mix and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Malvani Style Crab Kheema is ready to be served hot with steamed rice or Malvani bhakri.
