Malvani Style Crab Thali

Ingredients
- 500g crab, cleaned and washed
- 1 cup grated coconut
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, pureed
- 1 tbsp Malvani masala
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2-3 green chilies, slit
- 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- Water as required
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onions until golden brown.
- Add the tomato puree, Malvani masala, turmeric powder, and green chilies. Cook until the oil separates.
- Add the crab pieces and grated coconut. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
- Pour in water as needed, cover the pan, and let it simmer until the crab is cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
