Ingredients
- 500g minced mutton
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 3 tomatoes, pureed
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated coconut
- 1/4 cup Malvani masala
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.
- Add the minced mutton and cook until it changes color.
- Stir in the tomato puree, green chilies, and Malvani masala. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Stir in the grated coconut and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with coriander leaves before serving.
