Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground sumac (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Gradually add the warm water and knead the dough until smooth. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
  2. Preheat the stovetop griddle or a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the feta cheese, spinach, mozzarella cheese, and olive oil.
  4. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Roll out each portion into a thin circle.
