Manchego And Chorizo Pinwheels

Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1 cup grated Manchego cheese

- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
- Sprinkle the grated Manchego cheese evenly over the puff pastry.
