Ingredients

  • 4 large baking potatoes
  • 1 cup grated Manchego cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced chorizo sausage

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Scrub the potatoes and prick them with a fork. Place them directly on the oven rack and bake for 45-60 minutes, or until tender.
