Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, cabbage)

- 1/4 cup spring onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced

Instructions
- Prepare the Manchurian balls by mixing mixed vegetables, cornflour, all-purpose flour, salt, and pepper. Shape into small balls and deep fry until golden brown. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, ginger, and onions. Sauté until onions are translucent.
- Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, chili sauce, and vinegar. Mix well.
- Add the fried Manchurian balls and spring onions. Toss everything together until well combined.
