Ingredients
- 1 lb lamb, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add the lamb and stir-fry until browned. Remove the lamb from the skillet and set aside.
- Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil in the same skillet. Add the onion and garlic, and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add the red and green bell peppers to the skillet and stir-fry for an additional 3 minutes.
- Return the lamb to the skillet. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes, until the lamb is cooked through and the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
