Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken, cut into pieces

Instructions

  1. Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then soak the rice in water for 30 minutes.
  2. In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and minced garlic, and cook until softened.
