Ingredients
- 1 kg mutton chops
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the mutton chops with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.
- Add the marinated mutton chops and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.
- Add the chopped tomato and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Pour in 2 cups of water, cover the pan, and let it simmer for 45 minutes or until the mutton is tender.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
