Ingredients
- 500g mutton, minced
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1-inch ginger, grated
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the minced mutton with all the spices, chopped onion, green chilies, ginger, garlic, and coriander leaves. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into kebabs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Place the kebabs in the pan and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve hot with mint chutney and sliced onions.
