Ingredients

  • 500g mutton, minced
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1-inch ginger, grated
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the minced mutton with all the spices, chopped onion, green chilies, ginger, garlic, and coriander leaves. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into kebabs.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Place the kebabs in the pan and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Serve hot with mint chutney and sliced onions.
