Mango Bbq Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1 cup mango puree
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the mango puree, BBQ sauce, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, brown sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken wings in a large resealable plastic bag and pour the mango BBQ marinade over them. Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
- Arrange the marinated chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the wings are cooked through and the glaze is caramelized.
- Remove from the oven and let the wings rest for a few minutes before serving.
