Mango Bbq Shrimp Skewers

Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Instructions
