Mango Chicha (chicha De Mango)

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, milk, sugar, and ground cinnamon.
  2. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a pot and heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes or until it's warm but not boiling.
  4. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  5. Refrigerate the Mango Chicha for at least 1 hour before serving.
