Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 4 cups milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, milk, sugar, and ground cinnamon.
- Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a pot and heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes or until it's warm but not boiling.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Refrigerate the Mango Chicha for at least 1 hour before serving.
