Mango Habanero Glazed Ribs

Ingredients
- 2 racks of pork ribs
- 1 cup mango puree
- 2 habanero peppers, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Season the ribs with salt and pepper, then place them on a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix together the mango puree, chopped habanero peppers, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, and ground ginger to make the glaze.
- Brush the glaze over the ribs, covering them completely.
- Cover the ribs with foil and bake for 1.5 hours.
- Remove the foil and continue baking for another 30 minutes, basting the ribs with the glaze every 10 minutes.
- Once the ribs are tender and caramelized, remove them from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
