Ingredients

  • 1 cup sweet rice flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 ripe mango, diced

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, mix the sweet rice flour, sugar, and water until smooth.
  2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
  3. Stir the mixture and microwave for another 2 minutes until the dough is translucent and elastic.

  6. Pinch the edges of the dough to seal the mango inside and form a smooth ball.
  7. Repeat with the remaining dough and mango.
