Ingredients
- 1 cup glutinous rice
- 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and sliced
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Soak the glutinous rice in water for 4 hours or overnight.
- Drain the rice and steam it for 30 minutes until tender.
- In a saucepan, heat the coconut milk, sugar, and salt until the sugar is dissolved.
- Place the steamed rice in a bowl and pour the coconut milk mixture over it. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
- Arrange the sliced mangoes on a plate and top with the coconut sticky rice.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
