Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon instant yeast
- 1 cup warm water
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and instant yeast.
- Add the warm water and knead the dough until smooth.
- Cover the dough and let it rest for 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.
- Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces and shape each piece into a round bun.
- Place the buns on squares of parchment paper and let them rest for another 15 minutes.
- Steam the buns in a steamer for 15 minutes.
- Remove the buns from the steamer and let them cool slightly before serving.
